A fresh perspective

As a professional, leading body, The Australian College of Dermatologists (ACD) wanted to ensure their brand, specifically on their website, was aligned to their vision and delivered an engaging and seamless user experience for all target markets, including health professionals, students and the community.

Taking a closer look

As an initial phase, TD hosted a series of focus groups with two core target markets, Health Professionals and the wider community, to gain fundamental insights and preferences to guide our website strategy, design recommendations and overarching user journey.

A comprehensive solution

Leveraging research insights, TD executed a multi-tiered website platform, including site map, wireframe, functionality documents, user experience kit, creative asset refresh and content structure documents. The outcome was a comprehensive solution, tailored to the preferences of each target market and their interaction with the website.


In addition, TD facilitated photoshoots with selected Dermatologist’s practices. This activity assisted in supporting the creative enhancement of the website and ensured all images were consistent and aligned to the brand guidelines. A master asset library was created to ensure the website refresh was leveraged across all brand touch points moving forward.
