The brief

Encourage Waterpik® Professional usage and recommendation through the activation of a product ‘Lunch & Learn’ education strategy to support wider professional launch activities.

Leveraging our extensive experience and network within the dental space, TD appointed two clinically experienced Professional Educators to represent Waterpik Professional in NSW and Victoria and conduct Dental Practice Lunch and Learn sessions.

Face-to-face product education and detailing of benefits, usage and supporting clinical studies.

Builds trusted relationship with key brand influencers.

Improves brand awareness in professional space.

Introduce Practice retailing.

Leverages credible brand advocates to encourage consumer purchase.

Opportunity to sell-in wider programs and/or offers, including the exclusive professional Waterpik trial program.

Engage all Practice staff in a focused education activity.

Leverage TD’s extensive Dental database to communicate to Practices ongoing.

Further to the coordination of the sessions, the Professional Educators also provided additional support including ongoing Practice relationship management, assistance at industry exhibitions and events, detailing and sell-in of Waterpik to major retailers (i.e: Shaver Shop) and presentations at local Dental seminars.
